After last week’s episode where I talked about my emotional rollercoaster of late, I was blown away by the amount of people that said they were struggling too. I’m so happy that we have each other to go through this with. In today’s episode I talk about how important it is to learn how to support yourself when you have a vision because nobody else is going to be able to see that vision when it’s still in your head. So what do you need to do to fulfill your goals? What boundaries do you need to set and what help do you need to ask for? I hope today’s quickie serves as a reminder or way for you to be able to get back to the heart-centered reason of WHY you’re working on your dreams.
