Is DeFi a Good Model for Bootstrapping Communities?
The one thing I kind of regret is the pool to mechanism, whereby you incentivize people to provide liquidity. Subsequently, I think people ended up making it a lot more predatory and I started using those big APYs to attract sort of uninformed retail to go into those pools. So what it was supposed to be and what it ended up being are two very different things. The moral of the story is don't make your token transferable at the start.
