The Benefits of Carbonation in Beer

We're not creamy. Like you think of like a creme or like a blonde ale or something like that, but it's just it's got just enough cleansingness to it that it invites you back to drink more like every set. We do kind of like a step on our vice beer. Yeah, to push a little more phenolic and less American isolamel character than we have in the past. But now we're straight single infusion. We mash pretty thin and pretty cool on most of those beers. Our beers are really well fermented out. I mean, we're in the ones typically on about 75% ofthose beers.
