Boris Johnson: It's been a productive couple of years for California High Speed Rail. In Northern California, he says, they've completed environmental clearance for the two project sections. And now we have the path to getting to the Bay Area,Johnson says. He adds that 420 miles of the 500-mile system is environmentally cleared.
