The Dangers of Character Splitting
There's dark sides on both the receiving end, which we're talking about. And this gets into one of the other temptations you talk about, which is this creating a persona. Character splitting is essentially a way of describing a disintegration when we talk about integrity. When you have that disintegration and splitting, the hidden person can get away with things.
