A healthy amount of exercise is so good for your head as well as your body. As we know, through the pandemic, we've all really reconnected with these things that help us eating. For me, i do like to have a drink with my friends, but i can't drink too much. I think its such a funny attitude, isn't there? A lot of young people, it's like hoer eating, whether it's junk food or drinking. But yet, i just kind of tighten up thi self care.
