Sally Kohn: When i stepped into this roll at the beginning of 20 20, i was governed with two big emotions. I felt like we were kind of still operating like a start up, even though we had gone public in 20 18. She says she vowed to hold that team and m entire company to incredibly high standers. The second piece of advice was from a dear friend of mine, fritz landman, who's the co class pass. He said you know instinctively what's right for your business, but yet you're also going to be tempted to take three or four years to do what you could do in one year.
