Starting a P2B Startup - Is There a Solution?
Sergey: A lot of the things had to be learned from scratch and had to be handled from scratch. There is a bunch of services one can use but apparently you really need to spend significant time just finding the right one so that you can focus on what matters, building product and don't think about what doesn't matter. We are currently slightly more than 20 people from more than 10 countries. It's still a great strategy but be prepared and have a very strong people lead who can handle all that.
