How to Be a Better Coach

I have this like what I call swamp basically joint mobility so circles and lines and each joint and then combining that. This is one very important pillar of my work which I basically do with almost everyone that that comes in. Can we also that just 1,000 people did it and the other ones just like to buy things you know exactly. For them it's much they're much more let's say interactive people who are usually benefiting from accountability but obviously as a coach you have very limited amount of time that you can coach people.
