Jack Ma is giving up control of Ant Group, the FinTech giant behind China's Ali Pay app. He has rarely been seen in public since clashing with Chinese regulators in 2020 over Ants planned and canceled IPO. Jack Ma founded Ant Group eight years ago and has controlled it through a web of holding companies.
