He says that first everything started with a circle, and then the circle replicated itself. As those circles kind of overlapped a little bit, it formed that little shape between them. And so he said the second circle then led to the triangle. He also talked about how many cultures have this symbol, where if you repeat these circles and have them all kind of lightly overlaying each other, you get this seed of life.
