How Can I Remind Myself Regularly to Be in Comfort?
When we talk about body language, somebody gets fearful. One of the things that happens with the body is the rib cage comes downward to protect all these soft organs in our belly. So one client of mine had this issue. And I would stick it on his back in an X pattern in a way that if he started slouching, it would stretch the skin and it would instant bring awareness to the fact that he's slouching. How can I remind myself regularly? so little tricks like that,. how can I remind himself regularly to be in composure and to be confident?
