Dean Klunk: I don't see any reason why we couldn't at some point do something along the line. He asks if robots are programmed to learn emotions, would a hybrid have to be derivative of what those two robots were? Or can what emerges from it acquire or self-program a brand new behavior that was not seen and what made it? "I just don't see it happening anytime soon," he says.
Are robots going to take over? On this episode, Neil deGrasse Tyson & comic co-host Negin Farsad explore our future with artificial intelligence by looking at our past with animals with robot ethicist and author of A New Breed, Dr. Kate Darling.
