Don't Mix Business and Pleasure

Douglas rushcof: My accountant, shal gordon, died monday night. He says he cared about me and my family in a way that transcends what one might call a pliant relationship. This kind of enix people who are often at pains to distinguish between work and life, as if business and money somehow sully or compromise a genuine friendship. Don't mix business and pleasure, i've heard countless times growing up - it's itself an artifact of a world where our work was intentionally disconnected from our social reality.
