Russias not accelerating fast enough, partly because they've lost a lot of soldiers. One definite issue is consolidate the gains that they've made so far politically and bring that into russia. There will still be an underlying guorilla war going on in russian controlled areas of ukraine. It's not inconceivable that the russians try to make another push into donetsk.
