The Importance of Objective Evil

Lewis: You can't have objective evil unless there's an objective good that exists. Without a righteous standard of righteousness, a moral standard ofrighteousness, there is no crooked line. So it turns out the evil is a proof of God because without it, there isno evil. There's just an opinion. The only question is, is there a God? No. Why would God allow it? That's the question. And God is outside that box. He is the standard of true goodness, righteousness. But trust me, it's not like there isn't good enough reason. We just don't know what the proportions are. Does that make sense? I wish it was easier.
