One of the big takeaways throughout the book is get more data. And if you're armed with more information, that will help you determine whether the choice you were going to make anyway was a good choice or an actually rational choice. The idea behind that chapter near the end on good decisions was I wanted to talk to some executives who've made decisions that appeared a bit counterintuitive at the time that really worked out.
