If i could get the conversation to be more even handed, that would improve every other thing about that conversation. I'm going to give you some examples of of ways to frame a conversation. But before i go into those, these examples, i just want to say that this kind of idea is an idea that even just on your own, it's worth just thinking, how can i leverage this?
