The most surprising thing that I saw all of Black Friday. People email me and they're like, hey, we're seeing brands do this, should I do this? And people did it. There was a company I know that did it on Saturday. They had more sales as a result of that plain text email on Saturday than they did on Black Friday. It could be a payment processor issue. You know, Stripe said that they had 99.9999% API calls that went over successfully through Black Friday. So basically zero degradation on Stripe. Obviously, people saw a little degradation on Clavio but I saw a bunch of brands do this.
