The Dream of a Woman in the Air
As the First World War came to an end, more women took to the skies. Catherine Stinson was the US Postal Service's first female pilot in 1918. The following year, her fellow Ehrmal pilot, Ruth Law, flew to the Philippines. After helping out wounded soldiers, I enrolled at Columbia University as a pre-med student. But I gotta be honest, some parts of medicine were just plain boring. So I left Columbia and joined my parents out in California. It was great spending time with Daddy again.
