The acranem k p i stands for key performance indicator. It is a set of quantitative metrics that indicate how healthy your business is doing. If you do something and things go up, that's probably good; if you do something as o things go down, that'sprobably bad. So setting the right k p is and goals will objectively tell you if you're doing well, just ok, or bad. A and it will not only help you priortize your time, but also a course, correct.
