Indeterminism in the Brain
Most of the time, when we think about things evolving according to certain physical principles and laws, we're imagining it's deterministic. And there could be things like that in the brain. There are some biologists who think they found evidence of genuine indeterminism in little fra fly brains. So may just be that the brain works indeterministically in that connection.
