Early work in health care safety was definitely in the e m s world, even before medical school. I think i like to say that mitigations have to be both effective and sustainable. And sometimes i add feasible as the third one. It may actually be briefly effective to educate everybody to check the fluid,. since everybody's worried about what they just saw happen. But is certainly not sustainable. Interesting and sisi do you think your sort of inside track helped you influence there some on the change? Probably. As long as i'm indifferent on a problem, even when not leadership rolls, maybe we've been lucky over the last ten years or so.
