Scott Ritches, founder and CEO of shiba in the UK talks about how to run a fulfilment centre. He says it's important to attack these optimization problems as they don't come with any gross margins. Shiba has worked really well because we operatead our own fulfilment centres. Scott ritches: I think sharp ifi might have tried to short circuit their way into running virtual fulfilment centres too early.
