i b d stands for inflammatory bowel disease, and is much less common. Only about one out of 200 people in this country has it. ulcerative calitus and chrone's disease are the major kinds. There are some genetic links, a, that people with certain families and certain jeans have. But jeans are necessary, but not sufficient. We also need environmental triggers and life style factors to kick us into that hyper inflammation and then keep us there.
