What Are Sandjunes?
In most environments that are not deserts, we talk about soils u because there is a significant organic component as well as enough moisture to sort of bind it together. Whereas the moisture and the organic content is mostly absent in desert environments. In addition, most of the smaller particles, because of the lack of moistureand vegetation to keep them there, are blown away. So what's left is sand. And so this forms part of the deposition side of things.
