Distributed Federations

i think the nature of distributed federations really distributes that risk at a granular level. Like there will probably be some rack pos eventually, like if people don't choose their guardians carefully. But the great thing about these federations being interconnected by lightting is that none of them has to become so large that it would be a semi cristubid coin.
