The Importance of Dignity in Privacy

I agree with you that if it's between like an EU official, and like the Texas state government, and I'm getting regulated. But we're in the United States where we're not exactly excelling with our state driven regulatory system either. There are various proposals here in states and in Congress that would have similarly vague standards. And how many times is that going to get litigated and who besides the biggest platforms will do it?
