How to Make Digital Art

I choose a color for the background and then start sketching it out using the pencil tool just in black. I don't really use many layers in digital art as well because I try and do it on as few as possible. And again, these are little things that I kind of picked up from doing my oil paintings and my paintings,. acrylics and stuff from when I was younger.
