What's the Deal With USA Opily?

USA Opily is the company that makes the Simpsons monopoly, Big Bang Theory monopoly, Houston monopoly, New York monopoly, Mexicoopoly. Every single just space filler version of monopoly is coming from this one company and I got no answers out of them. What their deal is, I assume they're Funko. They are, they have created this cheap to produce totem of a fandom and are free to just, you know, give the license holders an cut. It's so cheap just to put some plastic houses and a piece of printed cardboard in a cardboard box that they still make plenty of money.
