A lot of times people are paying at the top of their budget because they love your property and, you know, I think that's the issue that a lot of hosts have is they're mostly tied to these properties. And so it eats away at them a lot more when people ask for discounts and stuff for us. It's more just a numbers thing and making sure that it makes sense for everybody involved.
