The Importance of Time Management and Work Ethic

I played football until I was a day soccer until I was six years old or something like that and I was in love with that sport. Then really it's also linked to the time management and work ethic that we discussed briefly before because at some point I was playing for a professional team in Italy. In the meantime in my teenagers I also started to go to train at the gym mostly inspired by Christian Ronaldo and the fitness area of football that is players getting an incredible shape. So I started that and I continued training at the gym then also once I stopped football and that became my main sport that I was focusing on and that I still do. And the gym is a very different sport from football
