When Should You Give Advice?

I don't have a generic answer about when you should give advice, but broadly it's like just less than you do at the moment. I would argue you want to find the right balance between curiosity and certainty. Up here in Canada we've had our political leaders doing a really nice job of being very clear,. Being very aligned, being very disciplined about the messages that they're giving out. We wanted them to be clear and certain and giving advice, which is like stay at home.
