Leaders should take extra time to make their presentations interesting, says Kristin Cevallos. Don't use high-tech tools like PowerPoint; go back to old school with a whiteboard or flip chart. Most leaders spend so much time on the slides that they don't have enough practice rehearsing for public speaking. If you're not having fun making your presentation, no one's going to have fun watching it.
