The Tough Truth About Safety
The promise of first off safety is a tricky thing, because what one person thinks is safe is not going to be safe for someone else. We all have these definitions inside of ourselves of, this is what's okay or safe or what I can tolerate. So in order to become aware of it, we are going to be uncomfortable, to have to acknowledge, wow, I am prejudiced. This is how it does show up. And so no wonder they're so angry and upset. It makes perfect sense.
