How to Practice Gratitude

We're trying to be aware of what's going on. We can do this by working on noticing the little things that went right. Verbalizing what you appreciate signals to your brain that noticing these things is important. One of the most common ways people practise gratitude now is through a gratitude journal. I like the practice of writing down gratitudes before bed, or wherever you can fit into your schedule.
