How to Make Hot Cross Buns
Make sure you've got yeast. Either buy those little sachets if you want some... If you're not going to bake that often. We are combining all of that, adding the wet to the dry to make a nice sticky dough. That rises one to two hours and then we are going to get... I've done mine as a tear and share hot cross bun because I kind of love how they stick together too. They bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes and then when they come out - brush them with honey.
