"We're an education system environment what you're probably subconsciously doing is actually teaching these kids how to lift when they graduate and finish school," says Parns. "Not everyone's going to be a professional athlete so that was part of our mantra I guess was making sure that everyone had an opportunity to keep progressing now obviously a lot of time is put on the sporting programs but that doesn't mean we were going to try and neglect just the average chose", he adds.
