The No-Projects Rule
The one thing that I think we do a little different is we only do retainers. We don't work with projects. And obviously pretty quickly after that first 90 days, it becomes exponentially more profitable working with the client over term because you're not having to do as much. You just sort of keeping the plate spinning versus something else. So that's worked really well for us. But so in the beginning, we might lose a few dollars, net net paying team members for all the hours that are putting into it if I was paying them per hour and penciling it out like that. It's worked pretty well.
