The Nurses Need Better Facilities, Not a Better Vaccine
I don't know what I want them to work there, because we're losing nurses. Why would you want to come to New Zealand to be a nurse? What is the incentive? There is none. It's just ridiculous. They need better facilities. But all the nurses need a better vaccine. Pay rise straight away. Even that wouldn't probably keep them there anymore. We're building very cycle ways of looking at bridges and rail. Like all that money should be put into building a hospital. Other countries have built hospitals in 48 hours. Surely we could build one in six months and attract some people to work in the facility. And this is only this job, which doesn't involve life
