If a candidate is right, who achieved like 30% conversion increase? Are we really saying that this one person alone managed to increase the conversion rate 30% is really credible or isn't it enticing people to stretch a little bit of throat? Look, it depends on where they worked. So if they're the sole product person in the company, that's entirely credible. If they were part of a large team that delivered it, arguably they weren't solely responsible for it,. But if they hadn't done the job properly, they'd have been held accountable for the failure.
