Adam, how do you define consistency? Is it running every day, or doing a workout every day? Or is it twice a week? How do you definition consistencyy and i think that's something that's an an individual thing. I know for myself that i've had different times in my life where i have not been consistent in my running. What are some tips and trickst ht the listeners can use to maybe gamify or help become more consistent?
