Once upon a time, like ESPN was not only destination, but it felt like culturally like you had made it at this place. I think Brian's written about the soul of ESPN. And now it's just another sports media employer. It's still a great job and many, and certainly a destination job. But it's very different now in terms of people who are sort of early in their career, ESPN versus if you were early in your career, ESPN in 1985.
