How to Visualize Higher Dimensions

I heard Neil deGrasse Tyson once describing higher dimensional objects like so. Now, this is not really a way to visualize it, but we'd be able to see cross sections of the four dimensional sphere at a single point. There are all sorts of visualizations online that kind of like help to understand and see how it looks.
