How to Measure Likert Skills in Surveys

There are many examples of Likert skills that utilize a set of items. And so what you can consider with these Likert scales is it can also be good practice to have reverse items. For example, if you're trying to measure the participants, how much they like a robot that they're working with, and then have them raped from strongly disagree to strongly agree their perception of the statement.
