The Importance of COVID Shots for Children
A federal court, a trial court in California, first heard this case and it rejected our First Amendment claim. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit is going to hear arguments in this case on July 17th. So I will argue to them that this obviously flagrantly violates doctors' free speech rights by controlling what they can and can't say on controversial issues.
