Is There a Choice, or a Phantasy?

We can't compare choices to pantasies, because then the phantasies will win in the discussion. You can say a choice might lead there, but in practice, do you want to leave solar free to compete? We could have this policy toward land, or this policy toward a certain kind of warfare that's happening. But we really need to look at real choices.
