Nationalization of the Railroad Workers Union

Railroad workers were really disillusioned with their own union leadership and the union leadership of the different unions, you know, would play against each other. One of the arguments for nationalization is that you could have a more unified labor collective bargaining power. Do you think the strike busting played any role in the East Palestine train derailment?
