Monster Beverage, Constellation Brands - A Murder of Equals?

Multiple reports this morning that monster beverage is in murger talks with constellation brands. If this happens, this really would be a murder of equals. I can see the bull case for this working and i can see the bare case for this not working out. There is a complicating factor when you consider that cococola is a major investor in monster beverage. And part of that means kococola has an exclusive distribution deal, sayf this wood.
