What Is Brett Hall's Principle for Decision-Making?
Brett Hall: You can only meet people where they are and if they seem to be indicating by their behaviors and words that they don't want to be criticized, then I guess you could observe that out loud. It's very hard to do without insulting someone. All of these things are loaded. So better to, it's almost like a bit constenian. Whereof we cannot speak thereof, we must remain silent. And so faced with the decision about what to do, well, if I have a good explanation, then I do what the good explanation would tell me. What's a decision? Should I cross the road right now? There's a bus coming. Good explanation.
